With the release of the S22 Flagship model of Samsung, our team was tasked to create an in-store retail app which helps customers decide which phone is right for them. The app will inform users on the S22 features, video tutorials and eventually take them to the main website where they can purchase their perfect device. This app was part of the S22 product luanch that aimed to educate audiences beyond the E-commerce store and online experience.

Brief
Our team was in charge of wire framing, prototyping and producing the app. We had to account for all the products including the TabS8 and each device that comes with the S22. The S22, S22+ and S22 Ultra. We had to showcase all the key features of the devices as well as tutorials that show audiences how to put the features to use. My role was designing the storyboards, the frames and the UI/UX graphic elements of the app.

Execution
I initially planned out a UX map to aid me in the UI process. I worked with our digital experience team to distil the user's journey once they enter the store and scan the QR code. I also had to keep in mind our target audiences and various other factors that consumers are faced with when they enter the store.
With the final version of the app, we had to see our steps concise and easy to navigate through. The main features for the S22 devices were the SPen, The All day battery and Nightography. On the Tab S8, we focused on the pen mainly. After the feature pages, consumers were taken to tutorial pages, then onto the colours and models for the phones.
